Studios next to Promenade des Anglais with parking and pool is situated in Nice, 3 km from MAMAC and only 200 metres from the nearest beach. Allianz Riviera Stadium is 4.4 km from the property. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property.
The air-conditioned accommodation is equipped with a seating area. Some units feature a dining area and/or balcony. There is also a kitchen, equipped with an oven and microwave. A toaster, a fridge and stovetop are also featured, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. There is a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer in each unit. Free private parking is available at the apartment.

員林禪寺住持朱文科居士告別式今（25）日在莊嚴肅穆中進行，感念朱居士生前對社教工作的推動和清寒學生的關懷，除縣長魏明谷頒給感謝狀外，中國國民黨還頒給華夏獎章，並覆蓋黨旗，告別式結束，隨即發引至台南白河大仙寺火化。

彰化縣政府則感謝其畢生行善不遺於力與對佛教貢獻，由民政處長杜國忠代表縣長，頒贈感謝狀殊榮。參加朱文科居士告別式人士非常眾多，中佛會、北佛會、彰佛會和各地前來的信眾數百人參加，場面盛大、壯嚴。
朱文科成長於佛教家庭，自幼受佛法薰陶獻身弘法利生事業，80年前父執輩朱光淮、朱光棨兩位長者與日本曹洞宗結下佛緣，1973年便由父親手中承接日本曹洞宗岡部快道禪師所創建位於員林市的員林禪寺，1995年重建現在規模宏偉的現代化莊嚴梵宮的佛教寶剎，香火鼎盛。
法名達軍的朱文科曾任彰化縣佛教會理事長和台北市、台灣省、中國等佛教會常務理事，創辦佛教周刊，佛教世界雜誌，觀音文教中心，彰化佛教月刊。教授梵唄共計10個班，學員來自台灣各地達上千人之多，5年前在有線電視自費弘法金剛科儀寳卷，將佛法融入生活，用盡畢生精力，實踐人間佛教。

朱文科休養自性，好行布施，在北部光華寺，設有觀音慈善會，常年進行台北中正區冬令濟助，在中部設立員林寺承善會針對學童自強助學金及貧困無力殮葬、或是急難救助等扶助地方弱勢；歷年來國內發生重大天然災難時，就以光華寺、員林寺為基礎發起援助行動，從社會、教育等面向竭盡心力布施行善。

近40年來行善不落人後，辦理彰化清寒弱勢獎學金，針對員林，大村，永靖，社頭及埔心等5鄉鎮國中小同學發清寒獎助金，國中3000元，國小2000元，每所學校5名，共280名，同時協助偏鄉地區小學進行品德教育等課程，讓學童教育真正落實。

如今驟逝，親友和佛教界無不哀慟莫名外，更感念朱文科的身教及言教，致力佛法宏揚「只管打坐 即心是佛」心禪為法，護教敬僧，提倡正信，以「行解並重」身體力行，著實為地方典範，追隨他的信眾皆期盼望朱文科在此生渡眾功德圓滿，來生能乘願再來，普施大眾。
精品品牌寶格麗於(29)日在義大利威尼斯舉辦FESTA慶典頂級珠寶系列發表會，晚宴由全球總裁Jean-Christophe Babin擔任主人翁，珠寶盛展於威尼斯的豪華宮殿Scuola Grandedella Misericordia舉辦，包括了台灣女星舒淇、超模Lily Aldridge、 Bella Hadid、、日本女星後藤久美子等人都參加這次的珠寶活動。

女星舒淇不改性感本色，這次出席珠寶趴穿上一身黑色透膚蕾絲禮服，勾勒舒淇的窈窕身材曲線，胸前心形絲絨拼接剪裁更藏有玄機，凸顯性感氛圍，但這身禮服設計稍嫌成熟，竟被毒舌網友戲稱「性感親家母」，十分有趣。而舒淇身上也配戴了Festa系列斯里蘭卡藍寶鑽石項鍊，共有9顆枕形切割斯里蘭卡藍寶石，總重約109.25克拉，馬眼型鑽石和圓形明亮式切割鑽石、總重約14.75克拉的梯形和密鑲鑽石，可以說是變身「性感奢華親家母」。

而且這次舒淇跑趴也兼吃好料，品牌邀請米其林星級主廚 Luca Fantin，為該晚的嘉賓帶來以最新珠寶系列為發想的精緻饗宴，還有安排舞蹈及特技表演，更邀請義大利國寶級配樂大師，奧斯卡金像獎得主，《新精選天堂樂園》配樂作曲家Ennio Morricone 與《教父II》配樂作曲家Nino Rota為貴賓獻唱，相當奢華。
